How It All Started

Since ever I was young, without even knowing it at the moment, I was fascinated by the human body and how it works. From the muscles, ligaments, and tendons to the nerves and cells that make our make our body move. I was drawn to the body’s natural ability to restore itself from the unexpected life experiences and trauma.

I have always dreamed to do something amazing with my life to help others but I had no idea that my dream was already right in front of me until it was brought to my attention.

If it wasn’t for my mother constantly letting me know that the massages I do for her helped, I would have had no idea what I would be doing in the future.

Since then, I have become a CMT (Certified Massage Therapist) and PT (Personal Trainer). And in the last couple of years with the pandemic it made me realize that not everyone is able to get the care they need from a professional (massage therapist or other) for various reasons: either they take care of elders or other family members in need and cannot spare any attention for their own needs.

Therefore, through my expertise and experience I plan to provide you guidance on this blog as much as I possibly can by bringing you and other busy individuals content of quick at home solutions for your muscle aches and/or health goals.
